SHIPPINGS & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
During our launching stage, orders will be shipped within 5 days from receiving stock from our printers. For the first week of orders, we expect a delay of about 2 weeks from the printers, so expect to have your order within 3 weeks of ordering. We thank you for your patience and understanding around this.
When there is stock available, all orders will be shipped within 3 days of your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Our printers are local to where we live, so once stock is printed, we are able to pick it up on the same day - saving all of us a day or two extra of waiting for postage!
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have received your cards but have changed your mind about using this AMAZING resource, kei te pai tēnā. As long as you return it to us still wrapped in its original condition that you received it, we will gladly refund your money.
If a card or product is faulty, please contact us directly and can solve any problems with that. These faults exclude general wear and tear from being used.
